Telephone and e-mail
E-mail and the telephone helpline (510/642-7147) are answered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cal Parents staff provide resources and referrals for parents who have questions and requests.

Parent Information Form
To ensure you receive important communication from the campus, please complete the Parent Information Form. This will help us stay in touch via e-mail, the "Letter Home" newsletter, and invitations to on campus and regional events.
Web site
The Cal Parents web site offers news, calendar listings, visitor information, and links to campus resources and useful web sites.
Newsletter
Letter Home, the Cal Parents newsletter, is mailed three times a year to the parents of all undergraduates. Use it as your main source of information for campus news, upcoming events, student service programs, faculty profiles, Q&A on topics of interest, and the latest on The Parents Fund.
Events
Watch your mailbox, Letter Home, and the parents web site for invitations to Cal events, on campus and around California. Plan a campus visit for Cal Day (mid-April) and Parents Weekend at Homecoming (early fall), our two largest annual events for families.
Have you moved?
Keep in touch — if your address, e-mail address, or phone number changes, contact Cal Parents (or call 510/642-7147). You can also request Cal Parents mailings for a parent living at a separate address.
