Big Give fundraising blitz gives donor a chance to glow
From a professor whose passion lights the spark of discovery to research that shines new light on the world’s challenges, the collective glow of the Cal community has illuminated paths for thousands of students and faculty, fueling innovation and uplifting communities near and far.
Big Give — the campus’s annual 24-hour fundraising blitz — is coming up on Thursday, March 14. The daylong event is where the Berkeley galaxy rallies together for Cal’s schools, programs, and organizations, with contest prizes and matching funds helping guarantee that they can continue to shine bright.
Since our first giving day in 2014, the generosity of the university’s donor community — Cal parents included — has helped shine a light on the incredible Berkeley people, places, and programs that change lives, strengthen communities, and brighten futures. Over the years, these gifts to campus have guided us forward and illuminated all that is possible at Berkeley and beyond.
